v    د واکسین د ورځنیو جلسو تطبیق په صحي مرکزونو کې

v    د واکسین او د تیم د نورو وسایلو د ذخیرې او ساتنې مسؤلیت

v    د واکسین د سړې زنځیر ساتنه او د ثابت واکسین مرکز  لپاره د کار پلان جوړول

v    د معافیت کتلوۍ پروګرام، اسهالات، تنفسي او تغذیوي ناروغیو په اړه د صحي روزنو جلسو چمتو کول او وړاندې کول

v    د واکسین تیم د فعالیتونو راپورونه راټولول او یوځای کول او په میاشتني ډول د ولایتي سوپروایزرانو ته لیږل

v    په ملي واکسیناسیون ورځو کې فعاله برخه اخیستل

v    د واکسین تیم د وسایلو د موجودي لیست په چمتو کولو کې په کالني ډول همکاري

v    د ټولنیزو صحي کارکوونکو د واکسین جلسو کې برخه اخیستل او اسانتیا برابروي

v    د واکسین او د واکسین د نورو وسایلو د غوښتنلیک لیست په چمتو کولو کې همکاري او د هغوی د ولایتي سوپروایزرانو ته لیږل

v    د معافیت کتلوۍ لخوا د هدایت شوي نورو فعالیتونو (چې د معافیت کتلوۍ پروګرام سره تړاو لري) پلي کول

v    پرسونل او مراجعینو سره ښه چلند او برخورد کول،

v    میندو ته د واکسین اساسی پیغامونو وړاندی کول .

v    د تطبیق شوی واکسین د هراړخیزواغیزوپه هکله میندوته لازمه لارښوونه کول

v    د بیاځلی راتګ دنیټی په هکله میندوته لازمه لارښوونه کول

v    دواکسین شوو میندواوماشومانو راجسترکول او هغوی ته دواکسین کارډ جوړول

Qualification/ Requirements تحصیلات و شرایط لازمه

Education Background :

• Diploma of Nursing or midwifery (give priority those who received initial EPI curse)
• or graduated 12^th class must have three-month initial EPI curse

work experience

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in EPI or relevant section
• Experience in working in remote areas with mobile team or HF
• Residency is an asset.
• Familiarity with context is an asset

Knowledge and skills :

• Ability to work in a team and coordinate tasks and responsibilities.
• Ability to organize people in an orderly way and prioritize tasks.
• Have good knowledge in EPI part 
• Good listening and counseling skills, patient, and kind attitude
• Highly motivated to provide high-quality services to beneficiaries of poor communities in a challenging setting.
• Good problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented attitude
• Flexible and willing to perform other tasks as required.
• Respectful and kind to other staff, beneficiaries, and communities
• Willingness to travel, work and live in a rural setting, and to behave in a manner appropriate to a conservative culture.
• Honest in dealing with beneficiaries and PU-AMI staff.
• Priority to local residents.

Languages

• Fluent in Dari/Pashto -oral and written skills,
