• Prepare, review, and maintain security-related documentation, including incident reports, security proposals, and tactical and strategic security plans.
• Train and supervise security personnel and other staff on security policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee security arrangements for special events and high-risk activities.
• Review financial and operational reports to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality of security services.
• Develop and manage the security department budget.
• Procure security-related equipment, materials, and supplies as required.
• Coordinate security operations with law enforcement agencies, fire departments, and other relevant authorities.
• Monitor and assess potential security threats and communicate relevant information to staff.
• Conduct advance security assessments and clearance of locations prior to official visits or travel.
• Lead emergency response efforts and oversee crisis management procedures.
• Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree (advanced degree considered an advantage).
• Experience: At least five (5) years of progressive experience in security management or a related field.
• Languages: Proficiency in both national languages; working knowledge of English required.
• Strong conflict resolution and people management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage external relations, command center operations, and emergency response teams.
• Proven ability to handle crisis situations and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Highly punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively train, brief, and manage teams
