Community Mobilizer

The Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to the development of Afghanistan. Our core activities include (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in public health and social sciences.

Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) has a Zero-tolerance Policy against sexual exploitation and abuse; therefore, all project staff will be subjected to background and security checks. AADA is also against all forms of gender-based violence, exploitation, and abuse of children in the context of our operation in the country.      Mobilize communities and encourage active participation in project activities

Disseminate key health messages and behavior change communication materials.

Support health campaigns, vaccination drives, and outreach activities.

Act as a liaison between the community and AADA project staff.

Report community concerns, feedback, and complaints to supervisors.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.

Collect and share relevant community data and information with supervisors.

Support monitoring, supervision, and data collection activities.

Promote safeguarding, protection, gender equality, and inclusion principles.

Ensure confidentiality and respect for beneficiaries' dignity and rights.

Adhere to AADA policies, code of conduct, and donor regulations.

Must be an Afghan national.

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Public Health, Nursing, Social Sciences, Education, or a related field.

Relevant work experience is an advantage. 

Must be fluent in Pashto and/or Dari languages
