About BARAN
Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs.
Job Description
• Conduct regular supportive supervision and mentoring visits to health facilities
• Train and guide staff in clinical skills, including ANC, PNC, skilled birth attendance, and newborn care
• Monitor adherence to MoPH clinical guidelines and protocols
• Support implementation of BEmONC/CEmONC, IMNCI, and family planning services
• Provide feedback and develop action plans for staff performance improvement
• Identify training needs and coordinate refresher training sessions
• Monitor quality of care, patient safety, and respectful maternity care practices
• Assist in maternal and perinatal death reviews (MPDSR)
• Support data collection, reporting, and use of HMIS for clinical performance improvement
• Facilitate problem-solving and capacity building within health teams
Job Requirements
• Bachelor or Master in Nursing, Midwifery, or Public Health
• 3–5 years clinical experience in RMNCH/MNH
• Previous mentoring or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of MoPH protocols and BPHS/EPHS standards
