About BARAN

Bu Ali Rehabilitation and Aid Network (BARAN) is a nongovernmental, non-political and independent organization. BARAN has been established in 27.7.2006 registered with the Ministry of Economy (MoEc), Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), Ministry of Education (MoE) , Ministry of labour, Social Affairs, Martyrs and Disabled (MoLSAMD), Ministry of Justice (MoJ) in order to deliver standard health care, social and educational services including conducting researches. Special attention is given for the community development by promoting capacity building programs

Job Description

    •    Plan, implement, and supervise health programs and activities
    •    Ensure quality delivery of healthcare services in line with standards and guidelines
    •    Develop and manage program work plans, budgets, and timelines
    •    Supervise and support health staff and field teams
    •    Monitor and evaluate program performance and health indicators
    •    Prepare and submit technical and progress reports
    •    Ensure compliance with donor and organizational policies
    •    Coordinate with government authorities, partners, and stakeholders
    •    Conduct field visits and supportive supervision
    •    Identify gaps, risks, and challenges and propose solutions
    •    Support capacity building and training of health staff

Job Requirements

    •    Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing, or related field
    •    Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or related field (preferred)
    •    3–5 years of experience in health program management
    •    Strong knowledge of health systems, primary healthcare, and program management
    •    Experience working with NGOs/INGOs (preferred)
    •    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools
