AidTrends Organization Afghanistan (ATOA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to advancing health, economic empowerment, and Private Sector Development (PSD). ATOA designs, develops, and implements programs centered on these six core areas, while also addressing three key issues that are integrated into our core programs.

Job Purpose:

Ensure quality reproductive health services in BPHS/EPHS facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise maternal and FP services.
2. Monitor ANC, PNC, and SBA coverage.
3. Ensure EmONC standards.
4. Conduct supportive supervision visits.
5. Train midwives.
6. Monitor RH commodity availability.
7. Support maternal death reviews.
8. Strengthen referral systems.
9. Analyze RH indicators.
10. Submit RH reports.

Required Qualifications:

• MD/Midwife with RH experience.
• 5+ years of experience in maternal health.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient computing skills – word processing, spreadsheet design, and presentations.

• Ability to identify project weaknesses and gaps and to take corrective action.
• Ability in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and harsh conditions; ability to handle.
