AidTrends Organization Afghanistan (ATOA) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to advancing health, economic empowerment, and Private Sector Development (PSD). ATOA designs, develops, and implements programs centered on these six core areas, while also addressing three key issues that are integrated into our core programs.

Job Purpose:

Provide supervisory oversight to a cluster of BPHS facilities, ensuring quality and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct monthly facility supervision visits.
2. Monitor service delivery indicators.
3. Ensure implementation of corrective action plans.
4. Verify HMIS accuracy.
5. Monitor drug and supply availability.
6. Support outbreak response.
7. Strengthen referral linkages.
8. The mentor facility is in charge.
9. Prepare cluster performance reports.
10. Report major challenges to the provincial office.

Required Qualifications:

• MD/Public Health degree.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English, Pashto, and Dari with excellent speaking and writing skills.
• Proficient computing skills – word processing, spreadsheet design, and presentations.
