Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as Finance Manager, responsible for overseeing daily financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and hospital policies.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
• Conduct payments in coordination with and upon approval from senior management.
• Manage cash flow and support financial planning and forecasting.
• Coordinate and resolve bank-related matters, including deposits and account maintenance.
• Ensure timely issuance and submission of invoices to insurance companies and corporate clients.
• Maintain and monitor billing systems to ensure accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Supervise the Finance Assistant, particularly in relation to insurance company dealings.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of cashiers to ensure proper billing and cash handling.
• Oversee financial reporting from the Head of Pharmacy; coordinate technical matters through General Directore. 
• Provide daily financial reporting from reception and billing points.
• Support training and development of finance team members to enhance efficiency and compliance.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance
• Proficiency in Dari, Pashto, and English (spoken and written)
