Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and cash books.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Manage payroll, taxation, and statutory deductions.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring.

Ensure compliance with company financial policies and Afghan regulations.

Support financial audits (internal and external).

Work closely with procurement and operations teams to ensure transparent transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in finance or accounting.

Strong knowledge of accounting software (QuickBooks, MS Excel, etc.).

Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills.

Fluency in Pashto, Dari, and English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and under pressure.
