The New Consultancy and Relief Organization (NCRO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1993 and dedicated to serving vulnerable communities across Afghanistan. With over three decades of experience, NCRO has been actively engaged in delivering humanitarian aid, implementing livelihood and development projects, and supporting disaster-affected and food-insecure populations. As a local NGO, NCRO works closely with communities, local authorities, and international partners to promote resilience, self-reliance, and sustainable development through inclusive and needs-based programming.
The Logistic Officer will handle procurement, transportation, warehousing, and delivery of project materials. This position ensures the timely and cost-effective logistics support to the project in compliance with organizational policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in logistics and supply chain management, preferably in humanitarian or development contexts.
- Strong negotiation, record-keeping, and planning skills
