The New Consultancy and Relief Organization (NCRO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1993 and dedicated to serving vulnerable communities across Afghanistan. With over three decades of experience, NCRO has been actively engaged in delivering humanitarian aid, implementing livelihood and development projects, and supporting disaster-affected and food-insecure populations. As a local NGO, NCRO works closely with communities, local authorities, and international partners to promote resilience, self-reliance, and sustainable development through inclusive and needs-based programming.

NCRO is hiring a Community Mobilizer to engage with local communities, raise awareness about project activities, and support beneficiary identification and mobilization. The role includes facilitating community meetings, collecting feedback, and ensuring active participation of target groups, especially women and vulnerable populations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Agriculture, or Education. At least 3 years of proven experience in fieldwork and community activities. Must be fluent in Dari and Pashto, and have good knowledge of English.
