The New Consultancy and Relief Organization (NCRO) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization established in 1993 and dedicated to serving vulnerable communities across Afghanistan. With over three decades of experience, NCRO has been actively engaged in delivering humanitarian aid, implementing livelihood and development projects, and supporting disaster-affected and food-insecure populations. As a local NGO, NCRO works closely with communities, local authorities, and international partners to promote resilience, self-reliance, and sustainable development through inclusive and needs-based programming.

The Finance & Admin Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, budgeting, and reporting while also overseeing administrative and HR functions. The role supports effective implementation of project activities by ensuring compliance with organizational and donor policies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and administration, preferably in NGO or donor-funded projects.

- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software

- Good knowledge of procurement and HR procedures
