Job Description

  • Design and deliver community-based psychosocial support (PSS) activities, including Psychological First Aid (PFA) and stress management.
  • Train community PSS focal points through Training of Trainers (TOT).
  • Identify vulnerable returnees (especially women and girls) and coordinate safe referrals to health, protection, and legal services.
  • Ensure survivor-centered and gender-sensitive approaches.
  • Lead group PSS sessions and individual support as needed.
  • Document and report on MHPSS activities and referral pathways.
