Job Descriptions:

About the Role:

Under the direct supervision of the Digital Livelihood project Co-Lead, the incumbent will lead quantitative research design, survey implementation oversight, data quality assurance, and analysis for readiness mapping and Digital Scorecard/DSC outputs to inform program design and feasibility validation.

Specific Duties:

  • Develop/validate questionnaire; integrate qualitative insights into indicators; pilot and refine survey.
  • Develop sampling strategy and sample allocation (gender × province × participant category).
  • Configure/test survey in KoboToolbox/ODK (skip logic, validation, offline workflows).
  • Train and supervise assigned enumerators; establish a daily QA and monitoring system.
  • Clean/analyze data and draft quantitative findings; contribute to integrated reporting/presentations and DSC/readiness outputs.
  • Traveling to targetd areas/ provinces as requird

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

Experience: Minimum 5 years quantitative research; at least 3 years managing field surveys and Kobo/ODK QA systems

Education: Master’s in Statistics/Economics/Social Research Methods/Data Science or related (Bachelor’s with extensive experience may be preferred)

Other Skills:

  • Survey design, sampling, Kobo/ODK configuration/testing; data analysis (Stata/SPSS/R/Python/Excel); ability to communicate technical findings clearly.
  • Be able to travel to targetd areas/ provinces
