About the Role:

Under the direct supervision of the Quantitative Research Associate, the incumbent will collect high-quality quantitative survey data using KoboToolbox/ODK while ensuring informed consent, privacy, confidentiality, neutrality, and adherence to safeguarding/data protection procedures.

Specific Duties:

  • Administer a structured questionnaire using Kobo/ODK; follow sampling instructions.
  • Implement informed consent; ensure privacy; respect refusal/withdrawal.
  • Synchronize forms daily; submit daily progress updates; report challenges/safety/technical issues promptly.
  • Participate in training, role-plays, pilot testing, debriefs; implement QA feedback; maintain confidentiality and device/data security.
  • Travel to Targeted areas/ Provinces

Experience: Minimum 2 years survey/data collection; Kobo/ODK experience preferred

Education: Minimum high school graduate (Bachelor’s preferred in social sciences or related)

Other Skills:

  • Strong communication and neutrality; comfort using smartphones/tablets; attention to detail; teamwork; understanding confidentiality and participant safety.
  • Be able to travel to provinces
