Women Activities & Social Service Association (WASSA) was established in 2002 in Afghanistan as a non-governmental organization, committed to seeking ways for women's empowerment in Afghanistan. WASSA aims to promote women's equal participation in socio-economic sectors of the country. WASSA works directly with communities to bring change in the social attitude of the community regarding women.

• Registration of all patients, using the different OPD services.
ثبت‌نام تمامی مریضان با استفاده از خدمات مختلف OPD.

• Make a health education plan in consultation with the health care providers.
تهیه یک طرح آموزش صحی با مشورت با ارائه‌دهندگان خدمات صحی.

• Diagnosis and appropriate course of treatment to the clients based on the MoPH approved guidelines on the best quality manner in particular for SAM, MAM, and respective diseases. Adhere to the rational use of medicine.
تشخیص و ارائه تداوی مناسب به مراجعین بر اساس دستورالعمل‌های تایید شده وزارت صحت عامه در بهترین کیفیت ممکن، به ویژه برای SAM، MAM و مریضی های مربوطه. رعایت استفاده منطقی از دوا.

• Provide general information about disease, hygiene, and other relevant topics.
ارائه اطلاعات عمومی در مورد مریضی ها، صحت و سایر موضوعات مرتبط.

• Referring the Client internally or externally if needed (internally: MHPSS, Vaccine, Nutrition, and … and externally: to CHC, BHCs and …)
ارجاع مریض به مراکز داخلی یا خارجی در صورت نیاز (داخلی: MHPSS، واکسن، تغذیه و … و خارجی: به CHC، BHCها و …)

• Make sure the health facility environment is clean.
اطمینان حاصل کنید که محیط مرکزصحی تمیز باشد.

• Conducting Trainings for community health workers.
برگزاری آموزش‌ها برای کارکنان صحت جامعه.

• Set up meetings with the health shura to receive updates about the community needs and establish community dialogue.
برگزاری جلسات با شوراهای صحی برای دریافت معلومات در مورد نیازهای جامعه و ایجاد گفتگوهای جامعه.

• Make sure the midwife, vaccinator, nurses, and other project staff are properly working and delivering results.
اطمینان حاصل کنید که قابله ، واکسیناتور، نرس ها و سایر کارکنان پروژه به درستی کار می‌کنند و نتایج لازم را ارائه می‌دهند.

• Ensure the compliant box and other accountability mechanisms are in place.
اطمینان حاصل کنید که صندوق شکایات و سایر بخش های پاسخ دهی در جای منظم ان وجود دارند.

• Provision of Monthly Integrated Activity Reports in close coordination with the project staff to the project manager.
تهیه گزارش‌های ماهانه فعالیت‌های یکپارچه با هماهنگی نزدیک با کارکنان پروژه برای مدیر پروژه.

• Provision of weekly pharmaceutical consumption report.
تهیه گزارش هفتگی مصرف دوا.

• Make a detailed referral system for any cases that need extra services to a higher-level of health facility.
ایجاد یک سیستم ارجاع دقیق برای هر موردی که نیاز به خدمات اضافی به یک مرکزصحی سطح بالاتر دارد.

• Any other duties as delegated by the district health supervisor/ manager.

• Adhere to WASSA Safeguarding policy and standards.

• Prepare the reports and share with health supervisors.

• Acting as head of clinic assigned by project management.

• Health-related training certificate will be preferred.

• At least 3 years working in the hospital/health facility is preferred.

• Ability to work in a team environment and remote areas.
