Position Summary:

The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily technical operations at the project site, ensuring that all works are executed according to design drawings, technical specifications, and construction standards. The incumbent will supervise site activities, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety compliance throughout project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor construction works on-site in accordance with design drawings and technical specifications.
• Ensure proper layout, leveling, and surveying of construction works.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and submit to the Project Manager.
• Verify quantities and quality of materials delivered to the site.
• Coordinate with foremen, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure that safety standards and environmental guidelines are strictly followed.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings and other documentation required for project completion.
• Identify and report any design or technical issues for prompt resolution.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in road or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Project (or other planning tools).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams.
• Fluency in Dari and Pashto, with working knowledge of English.
