C-Gate Company is a national construction and engineering firm engaged in road and infrastructure development projects across Afghanistan. The company is currently implementing a 50-kilometer road construction project from Kandahar to Uruzgan Province, demonstrating its strong commitment to high-quality engineering standards, safety, and timely project delivery.

Position Summary:

The Surveyor will perform field surveys, measurements, and mapping to support the design and construction of road and infrastructure projects. The position requires field presence in Uruzgan and close coordination with engineers, project managers, and AutoCAD/Quantity teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land and topographic surveys for road and infrastructure projects.
• Collect accurate measurements, levels, and coordinates on-site.
• Prepare survey data, maps, and reports for engineers and project teams.
• Assist in layout and marking of construction lines, road alignments, and boundaries.
• Coordinate with AutoCAD and Quantity teams to ensure alignment with design plans.
• Maintain survey equipment and ensure proper calibration and accuracy.
• Document field data and maintain accurate survey records.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in construction/road survey work.
• Proficiency with total stations, GPS equipment, levels, and other surveying tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and site plans.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in field conditions and coordinate with project teams.
• Good communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
