C-Gate Company is a national construction and engineering firm engaged in road and infrastructure development projects across Afghanistan. The company is currently implementing a 50-kilometer road construction project from Kandahar to Uruzgan Province, demonstrating its strong commitment to high-quality engineering standards, safety, and timely project delivery.

Position Summary:

The AutoCAD and Quantity Engineer will prepare technical drawings, conduct quantity take-offs, and ensure accuracy in project estimations for road and infrastructure projects. The position requires field presence in Uruzgan and close coordination with engineers, surveyors, and project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings, road profiles, cross-sections, and layouts.
• Conduct site surveys and verify actual quantities against design drawings.
• Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and material calculations.
• Support cost estimation and technical documentation for project progress reporting.
• Review engineering designs for accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with surveyors, engineers, and procurement teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Maintain updated records of design changes, quantities, and material usage.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience in road construction, quantity surveying, and AutoCAD design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Excel.
• Strong analytical, measurement, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in field conditions and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Good communication skills in English and Dari/Pashto.
