Afghanistan Development and Welfare Services Organization (ADWSO), an Afghan Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) operates in Afghanistan since December 2008. ADWSO’s priority sector areas are Child Protection, Capacity Building, Rule of Law and Women Empowerment.

Job Summary:
Oversee field-level activities, monitor implementation, and mentor legal aid and mobilization teams to ensure project quality and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise field teams and monitor community dialogue sessions.
• Ensure data collection, attendance tracking, and quality reporting.
• Provide field-level mentoring and troubleshoot implementation challenges.
• Coordinate logistics and security with local actors.
• Support verification and selection processes for beneficiaries.
• Ensure community feedback is integrated into program planning.
• Report protection incidents or community concerns to central office

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Social Sciences or Law.
• At least 5 years in project field supervision.
• Fluent in Pashto, Dari, and English.
