Responsible for overall health facility basic cleaning and waste management tasks in line with HF cleaning schedules and HCWM (health care waste management) procedures and disposal guidelines.
درمجموع مسول نظافت /پاکی و مدیریت زباله مطابق تقسیم اوقات کاری و رهنمود ها و پروسیجر های مدیریت زباله جات جات در مرکز صحی میباشد.
On daily basis, collect, sort and dispose of health facility garbage and medical/ hazardous waste in target locations (incinerator) utilizing/using personal protective equipment and recommended disposal methods within the health facility.
o جمع آوری, تنظیم و جابجا نمودن/از بین بردن کثافات و اشیا خطرناک/زباله جات مرکز صحی درجاهای تعین شده (انسیناتور) به استفاده از وسایل حفاظتی شخصی و روش های پیشنهاد شده مدیریت زباله جات.
o Take care of and replenish routine health facility supplies such as soap, hand sanitizers, paper towels, toilet paper, washing and cleaning materials/disposables.
o نگهداری و اماده ساختن مواد مصرفی در داخل مرکز صحی ماندد صابون, مابع پا کننده, کاغذ های برای پاک نمودن دست ها, تشناب کاغذ و دیگر مواد مصرفی و
o Clean dust and surfaces of all health facility rooms (OPD), waiting areas, washrooms, meeting room, delivery room, stock/pharmacy by daily weeping, mopping and washing. o Maintain all health facilities, cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary manner and properly functioning.
o مواظبت و نگهداری از تمام وسایل نظافت و پاکی مرکز صحی تا هر وقت مصون, قابل استفاده و فعال باشند.
o To be aware of and fully understand health facility general cleaning and health care waste management related procedures and policies/instructions and adhering to/comply with when carrying out daily assigned tasks and activities.
o اگاه بودن و بشکل مکمل فهمیدن پروسیجر های کاری و پالیسی هایکه مربوط به نظافت و پاکی و مدیریت زباله جات میشود و پیری از ان در جریان ایفای وظیفه و کار روزمره در کلینک.
o To be aware of and fully understand the organization polices & procedures and health facility management & administration rules & regulation; always adhering to it when carrying out duties.
o اگاه بودن و فهمیدن بشکل درست از پالیسی ها و طرزالعمل ها ی موسسه و قوانین و مقررات مدیریت مرکز صحی و عملی نمودن ان درجریان ایفای وظیفه.
o Report and inform health facility in-charge regarding any health or safety related issues within the health facility.
o راپور دادن و خبردادن به امر کلینک از کدام موضوع یا مشکل راجع به صحت یا مصونیت کارمند در داخل مرکزصحی .
o Responsible to adhere to or undertake any other instruction or task assigned by the health facility in-charge or organization within the capacity and current scope of job.
o مسولیت اجرا نمودن کار های دیگر یا پیروی از رهنما یهایکه از طرف امرکلینک یا دفتر سپرده میشود و در توان کارمند و مطابق چوکات کاری این وظیفه باشد.
o پاک نمودن گرد وخاک از اطاق های کلینک (بخش معاینه مریضان سراپا) انتظار گاه, تشناب ها, اطاق جلسات, اطاق ولادت, ستاک/دواخانه توسط جارو کردن, پاسپاس زدن و شست وشتن توسط اب.
o Help and extend possible assistance to HF staff and guards/watchman for setting up rooms, corridors, stock and waiting areas within the health facility.
o همکاری کردن و کمک لازم همرابا کارمندان مرکزصحی و محافظین راجع به ترتیب و تنظیم اطاق ها, دهلیز ها, ستاک و انتظارگاه درداخل کلینک.
o Responsible to make sure that proper infection prevention, personal hygiene, health facility waste management prevention/control measures and safe environment protocols/recommendations are in place.
o حصول اطمینان از اینکه تدابیر لازم و مناسب راجع به وقایه از انتان, حفظالصه فردی, کنترول و مدیریت زباله جات صحی و محیط مصون گرفته شده و قوانین و پیشنهادات مربوطه عملی میگردد.
o Observe and report any maintenance related work, loss/ damage or replacement of any item/equipment/tools to the health facility in-charge.
o مشاهده نمودن و راپوردادن به امر کلینک از کدام کارلازم راجع به حفظ و مراقبت یا ترمیم مرکزصحی, گم شدن/ خراب شدن یا نیاز به تهیه دوباره کدام جنس در مرکز صحی .
