Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.

• perform 24 hours’ night duty according to schedule approved by HD
• Ensure that all IP measures are followed during the operations and procedures.
• Proper use of HMIS tools and proper record/documentation.
• To ensure proper diagnosis of Gyn/Obs Patients and standard treatment including controlling over mis-prescription.
• To ensure all physical diagnostic steps such as history taking, examination, investigation and health education are followed by doctors with each individual case.
• To ensure that patients’ files are properly followed/ filed by doctors and Midwife/ nurses.
• To attend   morning report, visit and round.
• Provide technical seminars, /presentation for upgrade technical capacity of the staff after 2PM.
• Attend all Gyn/Obs related consultancies on time and second call as per need.
• Investigate death case and submit technical reasons and defenses for death.
• To ensure that project targets are achieved according to the plan
• To ensure that all standards form, patient files, emergency stock/equipment’s and other supplies are existed and functioning.
• To give proper direction to midwife/ nurses regarding patient treatment order, infection prevention and patients care.
• Provide on time, accurate and standard treatment to the patients in OPD, IPD & emergency department and follow rule of RUD of the MOPH policy
• Any patient if need to refer to other Hospital before to refer all related investigation must be completed and consult with ICU department
• Never allow to perform private practice during official time
• To ensure implementation of hospital standards according to EPHS.
• To ensure proper implementation of HMIS.
• Perform any other related task given by line supervisor.
•   Note: Measurement of standard of performance is based on judgment by the immediate supervisor on his/her own observation, feedback from the staff, and the community

• Degree of MD and specialization in Gynecology approved by MOPH.
• Working experience as specialist of 1 to 3 years in hospital.
• Good English language skills. Computer skills are preferable.
• Flexible mentality
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
