Job Descriptions:

As a Mental Health Counselor, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health support to individuals experiencing emotional distress, trauma, or other mental health concerns. You will work closely with individuals to assess their needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide counseling and therapy sessions to help them improve their mental well-being.

Job Requirements:

  • Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients to assess their mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
  • Collaborate with individuals to set goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Offer crisis intervention services and support to individuals in acute distress.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Coordinate referrals to other mental health professionals or community resources as necessary.
  • Fluency in English, Dari, Pashto
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.
