About AKHS-A (Aga Khan Health Services-Afghanistan)

Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

Job Description

 

  • دادن تعلیمات صحی در مورد طرق انتقال، روش وقایه و پیامدهای HIV/AIDS و انتانات منتقله از طریق تناسلی برای استفاده‌کنندگان مواد مخدر تزریقی و کسانی که تا هنوز مواد مخدر را از طریق تزریق استعمال نمی‌کنند.
  • ایجاد رابطه بر مبنای اعتماد، صداقت و احترام.
  • دایر نمودن تعلیمات اساسی در مورد استفاده از مواد مخدر و عواقب ناشی از آن بر صحت، محیط و صحت جنسی.
  • ترغیب و توزیع کاندوم (پوش) برای استفاده‌کنندگان تزریقی و گروپ‌های در معرض خطر.
  • استعمال و توزیع مواد سمعی و بصری برای تغییر سلوک، معلومات، تعلیمات و مفاهمه در میان استفاده‌کنندگان مواد از طریق تزریق و عامه مردم.
  • داشتن توانایی برای توزیع بسته‌های کاهش اضرار از طریق خدمات دوررس.
  • داشتن توانایی برای مساعد ساختن شرایط و امکانات برای استحمام، لباس‌شویی و تفریح.
  • داشتن توانایی برای آگاه ساختن اذهان عامه در مورد اضرار مرتبط با مواد مخدر در ساحه.
  • برقرار نمودن رابطه برای خدمات وقایه از ویروس HIV و سایر خدمات حمایوی در جامعه.
  • دوام دادن به دانستن ضروریات تازه مستفیدشوندگان در مورد معلومات و انکشافات مرتبط با HIV/AIDS.
  • ایجاد روابط و تجدید نمودن سیستم راجع‌دهی.
  • حفظ احترام و برخورد مسلکی با مراجعین.
  • هماهنګ  کننده بین کلینیک و دفتر ولایتی AKHS-Aکابل.
  • هماهنګ کننده اومورات مربوط اداری و منابع بشری بین کلینیک و دفتر ولایتی AKHS-Aکابل.
  • اجرای هرگونه وظایف دیگری که توسط مسئول دفتر مطابق اصول و مقررات سپرده شود، در اسرع وقت.
