Bright Future for Afghans Needful Organization (BFANO) is a national, women-led, non-governmental and non-political organization established in 2014 in Afghanistan. BFANO works to promote women’s rights, gender equality, education, agriculture, livelihoods, and sustainable community development. The organization implements programs in women’s economic empowerment, humanitarian assistance, capacity building, and social protection, with a focus on vulnerable women, returnees, IDPs, and marginalized communities. Through community-based and participatory approaches, BFANO strengthens resilience, self-reliance, and inclusive economic opportunities across Afghanistan.

Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead the overall implementation of the women’s economic empowerment project in Logar Province and ensure timely delivery of all planned activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead overall project planning, implementation, and supervision.
2. Coordinate with relevant de facto authorities for approvals and MoUs.
3. Oversee business mapping and beneficiary selection processes.
4. Supervise all project staff and technical teams.
5. Ensure quality implementation of training, mentorship, and market linkage activities.
6. Review monthly, quarterly, and final project reports.
7. Monitor project progress against targets and workplan.
8. Maintain donor communication and compliance.
9. Manage project risks and provide solutions.
10. Report directly to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Management, or Social Sciences preferences will be given to the master’s degree
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience.
• Strong NGOs project management experience in similar position
