Referral Case Manager (Call for CVs)

Vision Development Organization (VDO), founded in 2015 by Afghan women leaders, is a national, women-led NGO dedicated to advancing the dignity, resilience, and leadership of women, youth, and marginalized communities. • Manage referral pathways and case management services for vulnerable individuals including GBV survivors, children, persons with disabilities, and at-risk populations.
• Conduct intake assessments, referrals, follow-up support, safety planning, and documentation while maintaining confidentiality and protection principles.
• Coordinate with service providers and protection actors.

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of protection or case management experience.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding and confidentiality principles.
• English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
