Help Desk Assistant (Call for CVs)

Vision Development Organization (VDO), founded in 2015 by Afghan women leaders, is a national, women-led NGO dedicated to advancing the dignity, resilience, and leadership of women, youth, and marginalized communities. Despite Afghanistan’s complex humanitarian and governance challenges, VDO has grown into a trusted, principled, and adaptive organization, delivering programs in protection, education, livelihoods, social inclusion, and community development across multiple provinces. Anchored in integrity, accountability, and operational excellence, VDO upholds strong governance, safeguarding, and compliance standards while championing women’s leadership and equitable, high-quality service delivery.

• Operate helpdesk services and support communication with beneficiaries during emergency response activities.
• Receive complaints, feedback, and inquiries and record them using approved systems.
• Support accountability and community engagement activities.
• Provide information on beneficiary entitlements, distribution schedules, and complaint mechanisms.
• Report protection concerns and operational challenges to supervisors.

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of helpdesk or community engagement experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Humanitarian experience preferred.
• Local language fluent – English preferred

Vision Development Organization (VDO) is accepting CVs and applications from qualified candidates from 13 June 2026 to 27 June 2026 to establish a candidate roster (database) for future employment opportunities. Eligible applicants with relevant qualifications and work experience are encouraged to apply through the Google Form available below on the website. The opportunity is open to both women and men, and Mahram expenses for female staff will be supported where applicable.
