Machine Operator / Engineer

We are the largest company in Afghanistan that produces, supplies, and exports preform and caps. Our company is equipped with the latest technology, allowing us to meet standards and requirements globally. Pamair Rubat’s preform and caps are designed for mineral water and carbonated soft drinks, although size and weight of both can be tailored upon request. Duties & Responsibilities  

·        Husky Machine Mold loading and unloading.

·        Start Production according to production plan and procedure.

·        Systematic starting and stopping machine.

·        Take first off production report from quality.

·        Preform and closure in line quality inspection.

·        In line inspection of perform and closure quality.

·        Monitor packing and labeling of product.

·        Submit daily production report.

·        Hourly quality check.

·        Hourly process monitoring.

·        Machine performance and Maintenance.

·        Follow schedule maintenance report.

·        PPE monitoring.

·        Pest control system.

·        Fire control system.

·        Housekeeping.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. 

• Highly experienced working with production industries and Husky machines.

• English Speaking and understanding is a must. 

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
