Sana Medical Complex is a private hospital located in Shar-e-Naw Kabul, Afghanistan.
SMC is a health care institution that operates in various arenas i.e. Neurosurgery, Urology, Gynecology, General Surgery, General Medicine, and Ear Nose Throat. The Human Resources & Administration Manager oversees all HR and administrative functions of Sana Medical Complex, ensuring effective workforce management, compliance with Afghan labor laws and Ministry of Public Health requirements, and efficient administrative operations that support quality patient care.
 

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Public Health, Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and/or administrative management
Public health, hospital operations, or healthcare management experience is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of Afghan labor practices and hospital administration
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Working Conditions

Full-time, Kabul-based position
May require extended hours as needed
