Field Monitor ( Couple)

MgtWell Consulting Services (MgtWell) is consulting firm active in supporting the international development and co-operation sector. MgtWell was officially founded in 2013, in Kabul, Afghanistan, and has been operating since then. Over the past 10 years, MgtWell has worked with government multilateral institutions, civil society, and private firms to clarify, measure, and improve their results and has been a well-known and established Afghan consulting firm in delivering professional and technical assistance.

UNFPA TPM Project

 Prepare monthly monitoring plans (covering ~30–35% of facilities) or conduct visits to the   Service Delivery Points (SDPs) as assigned in the approved plan.
 Conduct monitoring visits using UNFPA-approved checklists and tools.
 Ensure accuracy, reliability, and confidentiality of all collected data.
 Collect and verify data, including basic photos for evidence, while respecting data privacy standards.
 Submit monitoring reports and collected data to the UNFPA Country Office in a timely manner.
 Share findings with the M & E unit and field staff to improve service delivery.
 Support the development and contextualization of monitoring tools when required.

Follow up on any recommendations made by the Field Unit and ensure timely implementation.
 

Provide coordination and support to the Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) team during their field visits and reporting processes.

 Perform other M&E-related tasks as requested by supervisors..
 

Deliverables

- Monthly monitoring plan.
- Completed facility monitoring reports with evidence.
- Data and reports submitted to the UNFPA Country Office.
- Final summary report at the end of contract.

Note: The position will be based in Region and Will required travel to Provinces and Districts

Northern Eastern-  Travel To:  Kunduz Baghlan Takhar Badakhshan

Western- Travel To:  Herat Badghis Farah Ghor

• Bachelor’s degree in  Public Health, BBA and Social Science
• 3-5 Years of expercience in M&E
• Computer science, social sciences, public health, or related field (preferred).
• Experience in monitoring, data collection, and fieldwork.
• Knowledge of humanitarian/health programs is an asset
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned provinces.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
