Site Engineer – for WASH Pipe Scheme project

Ali Baba Construction Company is a growing construction firm committed to delivering quality infrastructure and development projects across Afghanistan. The company is currently implementing WASH Pipe Scheme projects in Paktika Province and is seeking qualified and motivated site engineers to join the project team.

The Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising and implementing the WASH Pipe Scheme Project in Paktika Province, ensuring that pipeline construction and water supply infrastructure are implemented according to approved designs, technical standards, and project specifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in construction projects, preferably in WASH or water supply schemes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in remote project locations.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Be able to operate survey instruments such as level machines, total stations, and other surveying tools.
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Pashto or Dari; basic English knowledge is preferred.
