Development Education Learning and Training Association (DELTA) is a national non-governmental organization established in 2005, working in agriculture, livelihoods, food security, WASH, health, nutrition, and community development sectors across Afghanistan.
DELTA, in partnership with FAO, is implementing an agriculture and livelihoods support project in Helmand Province. The CRM Officer will be responsible for establishing and managing the Complaints and Response Mechanism (CRM) to ensure accountability to affected populations and proper handling of feedback and complaints.
Establish and manage project CRM system
Receive, register, and track complaints and feedback
Ensure timely referral and resolution of cases
Maintain CRM database and records
Prepare regular CRM reports
Conduct community awareness on CRM
