Job Description
The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate accounting, effective financial planning, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role supports the company’s agriculture machinery business, including the import, distribution, and sale of tractors and spare parts. The Finance Manager ensures strong financial controls, timely financial reporting, and the proper maintenance of records in QuickBooks or other financial software to ensure transparency and audit readiness.The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the company, ensuring accurate accounting, effective financial planning, and compliance with regulatory and internal policies. Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–3 years of finance experience, preferably in tractor or trading companies.
- Software Skills: Strong practical experience with QuickBooks or other financial software is mandatory.
- Additional Skills: Experience in import finance and taxation will be an advantage.
- Candidate Preference: Local candidates will be preferred.

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in financial software MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple departments.
