Action for welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit and non- political Organization engaged in Multi Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health and WASH.
AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate and the poor people in Rural Communities.
1.Organizing beneficiaries in straight line at the distribution center through strong and
positive communication and make separate line such as disable line, Women Line,
Old People line and young people.
2. Cooperating with distributor to ensure the food commodities are arranged and ready
for distribution.
3. Controlling and to ensure the beneficiaries are receiving the food package in line and
not disturb others.
4. Having good behavior with beneficiaries and be sure all are respected
5. Obey and adhere the organization policies
6. Take active part in the team while planning the distribution
7. Informing supervisor if face to any conflict while distribution process
8. Performing any task which is assigned by supervisor.
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related fields.
2. At least 2 years of experience in relevant positions.
3. Fluency in Dari, and Pashto and Uzbek languages.
4. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
6. Ability to travel to rural locations in the province.
