Action for welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit and non- political Organization engaged in Multi Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate and the poor people in Rural Communities.

Job Description 

The Storekeeper is responsible for managing the warehouse and receive the food commodities based on waybill and have clear report of stock card to AWDREO field office after every distribution. Also may have the responsibility to out the food commodities based on verified beneficiaries.

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor the warehouse condition before and after dispatch of food commodities to ensure about safety.
• Receiving food commodities according of the waybill and share report the copy of waybill with Project Manager for record and filling.
• Store all food commodities in correct place, to preserve and protect the quality of foods.
• The Storekeeper will provide the Logistics Officer with the monthly stock report.
• Checking the warehouse and be sure the food commodities are not being spoiled if so, the commodities should be replaced.
• Regularly check the warehouse and maintain it in good condition 
• Filling correctly the stock card and share with project Manager after every distribution.
• Helping with team while planning distribution program
• Informing the supervisor if faced to any conflict during the distribution process
• Being on time in area have regular communication with Supervisor
• Performing any task which is assigned by the supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA or any related field 
• having at least 2-3 years relate experince in NNGO or INGO.
• having good communication language skill in local and english lanaguage
• Able to go to the field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
• having the abality of warehouse managmnet
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
• Good management and analytical skill 
• Be the residresidents of Jawzjan Province
