Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-governmental, non-profitable, and non-political Afghan NGO, working since 1987 mainly in agriculture, health, education, and infrastructure sectors in more vulnerable areas of the country. CHA is working through the implementation of Emergency, rehabilitation, and development projects for emergency aid for war, famine, and natural disaster-affected families in the field, to assist with the rehabilitation of rural and urban life, and to work with communities for sustainable development in Afghanistan.

All selected candidates will be expected to adhere to these standards and principles. To ensure compliance, candidates will undergo rigorous reference and background checks. 1. اجراي پانسمان وزرقيات مطابق اصول كار كلينيك و با مراعات جدي شرايط تعقيم.
2. اشتراك منظم در جلسات كلينيك و ارائه حاضري منظم.
3. ارایه تعلیمات صحی برای مراجعین
4. راجستر نمودن مراجعين اتاق پانسمان و زرقيات.
5. مطلع ساختن به موقع داكتر در صورت واقعات عاجل مثل شاك انافيلاكتيك، خونريزي هاي شديد، سوختگي هاي وسيع و ديگر موارد غير عادي.
6. محافظت از تمام لوازم و وسايل بخش پانسمان و زرقيات.
7. ستريلايزيشن منظم و مداوم سامان و وسايل بخش جراحي.
8. با خبر نمودن بموقع آمر كلينيك و يا مديريت اداري در صورت كمبود سامان، لوازم و ادويه طبي مورد نياز.
9. رعايت شرايط اسپسي در اتاق پانسمان و زرقيات.
10. كمك در بهتر ساختن Sanitation كلينيك.
11. موجودي سامان و لوازم اتاق پانسمان وزرقيات به طور ماهوار و ارسال آن به آمر كلينيك.
12. اجراي توصيه هاي لازم توسط داكتر.
13. اشتراك در مساعي جهت تفهيم اهداف كلينيك براي مراجعين و جامعه.
14. تهيه راپور ماهانه از تعداد پانسمان ها و زرقياتيكه اجرا گرديده است وتقديم آن به آمر كلينيك.
15. سهم گيري در مجالس تعليمات صحي صبحانه و تعليمات صحي انفرادي.
16. سهمگيري در وركشاپ ها و يا كورس هاييكه به منظور ارتقاي دانش مسلكي داير ميگردد.
17. سعي در ايجاد فضاي دوستانه بين كارمندان ومراجعين.. 18. اشتراك منظم وفعال در جلسات كلينيك.
19. حضور مداوم به محل وظيفه.
20. مراعات دقيق لوايح و مقررات سازمان.
21. رعايت قوانين اسلامي، اخلاقي و اجتماعي
Nursing degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in as a Nurse at clinics/HFs, received, Infection prevention control (IPC), Nutrition, TB dots, IPCC, HMIS training as essential.
• Good understanding of BPHS and EPHS projects.
• Good knowledge of MoPH policies.
• Ability to manage a high workload and meet deadlines, demonstrated flexibility and multi-task ability.
• Good interpersonal skills, motivation for teamwork
