Focus Development Organization (FDO) is a leading NGO committed to empowering communities in Afghanistan through construction, education, health, and economic development initiatives. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Water Supply Engineer to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor and report on material quality and construction methods.
• Supervision of onsite activties of the projects
• Ensure safety standards are maintained across all activities.
• Review and approve test results, maintaining detailed records for audit purposes.
• Identify potential issues and propose corrective measures.
• Preparation of submittal Plans, RFIs, material matrix and other documentations. 
• Daily and weekly progress reports

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/water supply engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising water supply construction projects.
• Knowledge of quality management principles and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
