Focus Development Organization (FDO) is a leading NGO committed to empowering communities in Afghanistan through construction, education, health, and economic development initiatives. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of water supply construction projects, ensuring implementation within approved time, cost, and quality parameters.
• Supervise on-site activities, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications, safety, and environmental standards.
• Coordinate effectively with donors, consultants, local authorities, and project teams to facilitate smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and identify and mitigate potential risks or delays.
• Prepare and present progress and financial reports to management and clients.
• Lead and participate in coordination, technical, and progress meetings.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in civil/water supply engineering.
• At least 7 years of experience managing water supply construction projects.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills in managing multi-site projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English Language
