The Community Mobilizer will be responsible for engaging local communities, facilitating awareness-raising activities, including organizing community dialogues, supporting Child Friendly Spaces (CFS) and case management services, and promoting positive parenting and child protection practices. The role requires strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to work closely with children, caregivers, local leaders, and community volunteers in line with WCC’s safeguarding and accountability standards.
