The Case Management Worker will be responsible to identify, manage, and facilitate Child Protection case management within the targeted communities. The CMW will be responsible for building capacity of the Community Mobilizers/Social Workers and CFS facilitators to help the CMW in identification of cases and support the case management process. The CMW will be mainly responsible for providing case management services consisting of Identification, assessment, planning, implantation, follow-up, and case closure.
