HEWAD Reconstruction, Health & Humanitarian Assistance Committee is a non-governmental, non-political, and non-profit charity organization established in 1994. The organization is dedicated to providing medical, educational, social, and humanitarian assistance to the people of Afghanistan, particularly those in need. HEWAD implements primary health care services and prioritizes the delivery of healthcare to the most vulnerable populations, especially women and children. Additionally, HEWAD promotes health education and access to essential services aimed at improving the overall living conditions of Afghan communities.

The crowd controller will be responsible for the below metioned tasks:

1. Responsible for overall crowed control and returnees flow management in SEC.

2. Assign the Crowd Controller on differ points to manage the crowed in SEC.

3. Initial screening of the documents and token distribution to families/individual for iterance to SEC.

4. Guide the crowed control staff to escort the families.

5. Queuing Area management and information sharing to the crowed/Clients regarding documents and UNHCR services.

6. Checking the documents of the returnees at the entrance point.

7. Families moment arrangement during the ins and exit to SEC through SEC walk way.

8. Coordinating with Intake, BMIS, mine awareness, vaccination section, child friendly space, clinic and guards to manage the crowed and guide the POS accordingly.

9. Train the Crowd Controllers how to deal with crowed and communicate with people respectfully.

1.         BBA Degree or any other in Social Science, Law, Political Science, or Management;

2.         At least 2 years of experience in relevant positions.

3.         Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto languages with expertise to generate reports.

4.         Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.

6.         Ability to travel to rural locations in the province.
