Position Summary:
The M&E Officer will be responsible for the monitoring, evaluation, accountability, and learning (MEAL) functions of the AHF-funded Cash- Based Transitional Shelter Project. He/She will support systematic data collection, verification, analysis, and reporting to ensure evidence-based decision-making. The M&E Officer will also conduct field visits, beneficiary feedback consultations, and assessments to strengthen project quality, accountability, and learning.
