Action for welfare and Development of Rural Environment Organization (AWDREO) is a non-governmental, Non-profit and non- political Organization engaged in Multi Sector programs in the realms of Education, Livelihood, Community Development, Capacity building, Human Resource Management, Emergency Response health and WASH.

AWDREO established in 2015, aims to be a catalyst for promoting peace, stability and development, alongside the government of Afghanistan, by targeting the marginalized. Women, girl’s youth and children, the illiterate and the poor people in Rural Communities.

POSITION BREIF DESCRIPITION:

The incumbent will be responsible for surveying and identifying targeted beneficiaries with the best quality and quantity manner and mobilizing the community, distribution of Agreeculture inpute and data entry in Kobo and Moda Software. 

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Making a measurable plan for surveying with the team in the target area
• Identify the target needy beneficiaries according to the AWDREO and Donor policy and procedure
• Should have community mobilization and have close coordination with shuras while identifying the beneficiaries.
• Collecting the data with the best quality, quantity and timely manner
• Should have clear hand writing while filling the survey forms
• Make sure that data is correct and provided based on individual ID card (TAZKIRA) and selection criteria.
• Reporting to supervisor/ Manager while a target area benefiaris selection is completed. 
• Should consultant with Direct Supervisor/ Manager if Face to any obstacle or problem while collecting data
• Replacing the individual beneficiary with the consultant of Supervisor/ Manager if necessary
• Surveyor has not the right to share data with any employee who are not involved in the team or program.
• Make entry the collected data in the provided software with quality and quantity manner
• Biometric the beneficiaries and register the information of beneficiaries in provided software Kobo, ODK
• Ensure the number of assigned beneficiary registration targets are met as per the provided deadline;
• Crosscheck the information provided by the beneficiaries such as Tazkira number with original Tazkira to prevent duplication
• Distribute the Agriculture input to beneficiaries based on the prior plan
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by supervisor or Project Manager

• The applicant should hold a degree in Agriculture or a related field, with demonstrated familiarity in using essential computer programs such as (office package) Kobo, and MODA.
• Prior 3- 4 years experience or knowledge of FAO-related projects is highly desirable.
• Preference will be given to candidates originally from Logar province.
• Ability to communicate effectively in local language
• Ability to fairly speak and understand English and Pashto.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to travel in remote areas
• Knowledge about local environment and context
• Have good planning and time management
