Agency for Assistance and Development of Afghanistan (AADA) is an Afghan non-profit non-governmental organization working for the development of Afghanistan mainly through (1) provision of quality health services; (2) community development; (3) training and capacity building at professional and community levels; and (4) research in topics of public health and social sciences besides various projects in different parts of Afghanistan.
Provides health services considering humanitarian principles (Humanity, impartiality, Neutrality and independence)
Responsible for MHT team management, reporting, planning and leading other team members (midwife, nurses, and vaccinator) as per their job description.
Maintain required quality of care in terms of providing healthcare services to patients (consultation, diagnosis, treatment, referral) and health education;
Establishes and maintains good working relations with BPHS /EPHS implementers and concerned stakeholders
Prepares the MHT schedule based on ground reality and ensures successful implementation of plan.
Shares knowledge and expertise with midwives, nurses, and other professional staff concerning their job requirements.
Provides and submits reports to project manager as per project requirements.
Follows established policies, procedures and project objectives.
Performs any other official task assigned by line supervisor and head quarter team.
MD from a recognized university of Afghanistan;
Confirmation of exit exam completion (mandatory)
Strong interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
At least 1 years’ experience in related or similar fields.
Local residents will be given priority.
Fluency in written and spoken local language
Knowledge of local environment;
Ability and willingness to travel to rural locations
