Ameer Afghan Pharmaceutical Industry (AAPI) was established in Kabul in 2004 and today the company has its desired improvement. Ameer Afghan produces 70 medicines in 6 shapes (capsules, tablets, powder syrup and liquid syrup/suspension, drops and sachets) in which AFDA has issued AAPI the official licenses for the 80 products. They are produced in different categories of (first, second and fourth generation of antibiotics), analgesic, anti-inflammatory, nutrients and boosters, antacids and respiratory facilitators as well as for digestive system and antiseptics as well. The number of products can be increased in each quarter. AAPI has been producing quality medicines based on purchasing of high quality raw materials from the top companies in China and India as well as implanting the GMP standards.
Job description:
1- We are looking to hire an experienced sales and marketing manager to help company sales. In this position, you will be involved in developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports.
2- To ensure success as a sales and marketing manager, you should have strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, a passion for sales, and excellent communication skills and sales through a proper financial system.
3- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
Responsibility:
Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns.
Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and at regions.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service.
Setting discount rates and determining price schedules.
Advising distributors and dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures.
Serving as the face of the organization direct and indirect to customers.
Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
Developing and maintaining relationships with customers and distributors.
Setting sales quotas and goals.
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities.
Defining and executing territory sales plans.
Sale invoices by Quickbooks and sale analysis from the giving data.
The officer to have a monthly one visit from distributors/dealers in the reginal market.
