Job Descriptions:

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

A. Share Sales Responsibilities

  1. Investor Outreach:
    • Approach potential investors through field visits, phone calls, and scheduled meetings.
    • Present investment opportunities and explain benefits of becoming a shareholder in the company.
  2. Lead Conversion:
    • Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
    • Address investor questions and objections to encourage conversion.
  3. Documentation:
    • Guide new shareholders through the registration and documentation process.
    • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  4. Record Keeping & Reporting:
    • Maintain updated databases of shareholders and sales leads.
    • Submit regular reports on shareholder registrations and conversion performance.

B. Textile Product Sales Responsibilities

  1. Market Penetration:
    • Identify and contact potential clients such as wholesalers, retailers, garment factories, and institutional buyers.
    • Promote company products including cotton fabrics, uniforms, towels, and other textile goods.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
    • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  3. Order Management:
    • Coordinate order placement, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
    • Monitor inventory availability and communicate with the production unit as needed.
  4. Sales Target Achievement:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for both shares and textile products.
    • Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and trade fairs when required.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in textiles, manufacturing, or investment promotion.
  • Knowledge of local markets and sales channels in Afghanistan.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • English, Pashto, and Dari fluency.

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally for field visits and sales activities.
  • Valid national ID and/or driver’s license (preferred).
