Objective:

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that all pharmaceutical data is accurately and consistently entered into the mSupply database.

Ensure timely and accurate entry by implementing partners of the procurement, receipt, and distribution data for all the health commodities being managed through the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Produce reliable and consistent reports from mSupply that will be used for decision making by all key stake holders in the pharmaceutical supply chain.

Work assignments, deliverables & payment schedule Tasks to be Performed:

• Ensure that provincial mSupply Data Entry Assistants enter all the supplier invoices which are received from any sources including UNICEF, NGO local procurement, donation etc into mSupply every month Ensure that provincial mSupply Data Entry Assistants record all distributions to Health Facilities in mSupply.
• Ensure that provincial mSupply Data Entry Assistants keep track of all documents including Supplier Invoices (received from any sources) and Customer Invoices (distribution to health facilities).
• Collect and file status of mSupply monthly reports including consumption reports, damaged or wasted items, and stock-out days from the provinces verify the consistency of the data,
• Check the data quality of the provincial entries in the mSupply database and provide feedback to provinces.
• Collaborate with OXUS  mSupply Focal point and other team members to ensure that accurate and reliable data of OXUS supported pharmaceutical supplies is recorded in mSupply database.
• Check and verify the quality of consumption reports, communicate incomplete and unclear reports to the relevant provinces to take corrective measures.
• Provide back up support on mSupply to provincial mSupply Data Entry assistants.

Deliverable(S)

• Monthly procurement reports generated from mSupply.
• Monthly reports of receipts of health commodities from all donors and from suppliers generated from mSupply.
• Monthly reports of issues of health commodities to all the health facilities
• Monthly consumption data from health facilities Stock on hand report at the end of each month generated from mSupply.
• Stock take (inventory count) reports generated from mSupply every quarter

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science (fresh graduate)
• 2 years’ experience in data entry.
• Fast typing skills: Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Experience in Pharmacy Warehouse is an advantage.
