Key Responsibilities

A. Clinical Duties

• Perform emergency and elective trauma surgeries.
• Lead trauma resuscitation teams in critical cases.
• Oversee patient management from admission to discharge.
• Mentor trauma care unit .

B. Administrative & Leadership Duties

• Operational Management:
  • Manage TCC staffing, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce surgical complications and wait times.
  • Coordinate with PPHD and regional Hospital and other referal sites.
  • Facilitate trauma training workshops.

Qualifications & Experience

• Medical Credentials:
  • MD/MBBS with specialization certification in General Surgery.
• Experience:
  • 5+ years in trauma surgery, including 2+ years in management .
  • Proven record in managing high-volume trauma centers.
  • Expertise in advanced surgical techniques (e.g., damage control surgery).
