Electrical Engineer provides Engineering and Quality Assurance services on facilities regarding electrical engineering-related issues. Researches, develops, designs, tests, and evaluates electrical components, equipment, and systems, applying principles and techniques of electrical engineering, drafting and preparing site visit reports, hands on experience in design related tools.

• Serve as the Project Coordinator (PC) at the provincial level, responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project.
• Lead engineering teams through all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to execution and completion.
• Provide technical and operational support to project teams in surveying, designing, procurement, and contractor engagement.
• Oversee and monitor project activities, ensuring timely implementation and making necessary adjustments based on monitoring outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project monitoring tools, track progress, and address issues promptly.
• Ensure effective coordination with relevant provincial departments and the project’s sectoral focal points.
• Represent Shams Energy in all provincial-level coordination meetings; document and share meeting outcomes with the project manager.
• Oversee beneficiary selection processes to ensure transparency, fairness, and adherence to selection criteria.
• Build the capacity of the Shelter Implementation Team, partners, and beneficiaries through training, supervision, and ongoing support.
• Offer technical guidance to engineers and beneficiaries on shelter construction and repairs.
• Ensure quality control of construction materials, monitor their procurement, storage, and distribution.
• Supervise shelter construction to guarantee timely completion and compliance with quality standards.
• Participate in procurement processes, including material inspections, logistics planning, and contractor oversight.
• Prepare and submit required reports (weekly, monthly, mid-term, and final) to head office.
• Collaborate with technical teams to integrate shelter activities effectively within broader community development goals.
• Engage with community members and local stakeholders to gather feedback and foster community ownership.
• Maintain strong relationships with local authorities, partners, and community leaders at provincial and district levels.
• Conduct regular field assessments and ensure accurate documentation and data mapping.
• Identify best practices and lessons learned; report them to the project officer with practical recommendations.
• Submit monthly progress reports related to community mobilization and training initiatives.
• Adhere strictly to Shams Energy’s policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
