Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a highly qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team in the road construction sector. The ideal candidate must have strong, hands-on experience in Quantity Surveying, previous involvement in ADB Asian development Bank -funded infrastructure projects, and expert knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions. This role requires precision, integrity, and a deep understanding of international standards and donor regulations.

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed project cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Manage and monitor project costs to ensure adherence to budgets and cost control plans.
Oversee contract administration in strict compliance with ADB procurement procedures and FIDIC contract conditions.
Evaluate and process contractors’ claims, variations, and change orders in accordance with FIDIC principles.
Assist in dispute resolution and contract negotiations.
Prepare Interim and final Payment Certificates IPC
Ensure that QS practices meet both local and international standards.
Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, consultants, and client representatives.
Prepare project financial reports and forecasts.
Proven experience working on ADB-funded projects is essential.
Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts.
Strong knowledge of contract law, cost control, and project finance.
Familiar with international procurement guidelines and project audit compliance.
Proficient in MS Office and QS software such as CostX, Candy, or similar.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
